Scientific, didactic and implementation achievements are mainly the results of prof. Rosolski’s focus on such areas as designing nearly zero-energy buildings, passive designs, integrated design process, constructions in the aspects of ecological efficiency and sustainable development, interior design, monument protection, cultural heritage protection in the aspect of spatial and social impact the monuments have on architecture and urban planning.

Prof. Rosolski is the author of the theory of inverse problems in architectural design and the creator of a new scientific specialty: architechnology.

He wrote two monographs: Projektowanie architektoniczne a zagadnienia odwrotne [Architectural Design vs. Inverse Problems] (published by Exemplum, 2012) and Budynek niemal zero-energetyczny.
