In Variant 1 the elevation is plastered, just like all architectural details on corners of the building, above windows, doors and garage gates. The details are made of reinforced styrofoam covered with composite mixture and finished with paint. There is an option to choose the forms of finishing details (bossage or pilaster).
Windows have muntins which make them look light and stylish. The back elevation is beautifully decorated with a wooden bay window inspired by the architectural aesthetics of the Victorian epoque.
